Visual Flight Rules (VFR) Within Davao CTR

1. All VFR aircraft must be able to tune to frequencies in the VATSIM network, including, but not limited to:

   1. 118.100 MHz (RPMD_TWR)
   2. 122.400 MHz (RPMD_APP)
   3. 124.000 MHz (RPMD_R_APP)
   4. 119.300 MHz (MNL_CTR)

2. All arriving VFR flights shall establish contact and remain on listening watch with RPMD_APP or RPMD_R_APP upon entering Davao TMA or establish two-way radio contact with RPMD_TWR 10 NM to the airport

3. All departing VFR flights shall maintain listening watch on RPMD_TWR until 20 NM RPMD
4. IFR flights shall have priority over VFR flights
5. Maintain not above 1500 FT within 10 NM from DAO DVOR/DME
6. Maintain not above 2000 FT within 10 NM - 20 NM from DAO DVOR/DME Radial 180 to 070
7. Maintain not above 3000 FT within 10 NM - 20 NM from DAO DVOR/DME Radial 070 to 180
8. Any deviation from departure / arrival procedures shall be subject to ATC approval

Warning

Pilots shall be aware of the terrain East of the airport (Samal Island) and Southwest of the airport (Mount Apo)

1. After airborne, turn left towards GAISANO TIBUNGCO.
2. FProceed towards PANABO PORT or proceed as instructed by ATC

South bound aircraft FIXED WING

1. After airborne, make right downwind departure and fly towards DAVAO GULF
2. Report 5 NM South
3. Continue towards West of TALIKUD ISLAND or proceed as instructed by ATC

East bound aircraft FIXED WING

1. After airborne, turn right towards LIGUID DAKO
2. Continue BONGABONG or proceed as instructed by ATC

West bound aircraft FIXED WING

1. After airborne, make left downwind departure towards JADE VALLEY
2. Report 15 NM West or proceed as instructed by ATC

North bound aircraft FIXED WING

1. After airborne, make right downwind GAISANO TIBUNGCO.
2. FProceed towards PANABO PORT or proceed as instructed by ATC

South bound aircraft FIXED WING

1. After airborne, turn left towards DAVAO GULF
2. Report 5 NM South
3. Continue towards West of TALIKUD ISLAND or proceed as instructed by ATC

East bound aircraft FIXED WING

1. After airborne, turn left towards DAVAO GULF
2. Report 5 NM South
3. Continue Easterly direction or proceed as instructed by ATC

West bound aircraft FIXED WING

1. After airborne, turn right towards JADE VALLEY
2. Report 15 NM West or proceed as instructed by ATC
