Visual Flight Rules (VFR) Within Caticlan ATZ/CTR

1. All VFR aircraft must be able to tune to frequencies in the VATSIM network, including, but not limited to:

   1. 124.200 MHz (RPVK_TWR)
   2. 120.400 Mhz (RPVK_APP)
   3. 121.500 MHz (Emergency Frequency)

2. Unless authorized by ATC, no aircraft shall operate within the ATZ, except for the purpose of landing at or departing from Kalibo International Airport

3. All VFR aircraft shall maintain continuous listening watch on Kalibo Approach frequency while operating within the Kalibo TMA excluding the ATZ
4. IFR flights shall have priority over VFR flights
5. Maintain not above 2000 FT within the Kalibo CTR (10 NM radius)
6. Aircraft operating within Kalibo TMA and ATZ shall be equipped with a functioning two-way radio transceiver to Kalibo Tower and Kalibo Approach frequencies.
7. Any deviation from departure / arrival procedures shall be subject to ATC approval

Warning

Pilots shall be aware of the terrain in the vicinity of the airport. Significant terrain exists to the southwest of the station with the highest peak approximately 6,800 feet.
